About these terms

These terms apply to the use of this website and to treatments booked with Wolfe Wellness. By using our website or booking a treatment, you agree to them. Our services

Wolfe Wellness provides EXOMIND TMS therapy, lymphatic drainage and one-to-one sleep audits with Lucy Wolfe. TMS treatment is only provided following a consultation with our doctor, who decides whether treatment is suitable and prescribes your course. Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee that treatment will be offered.

The information on this website is for general information only and is not medical advice. It does not replace advice from your GP or another healthcare professional. Results vary from person to person and no particular outcome is guaranteed. Always tell us and our doctor about your full medical history and any medication you take.

Suitability and safety

You must answer our safety questions and provide accurate health information. TMS is not suitable for everyone, including people with metal implants in or near the head, implanted devices, epilepsy or a history of seizures, or who are pregnant. Our doctor's decision on suitability is final.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on our website and confirmed with you before treatment begins. The doctor consultation is charged separately from the treatment course. Launch offers are available for a limited time and may be withdrawn at any time. Payment terms will be explained to you before you book.

Appointments, cancellations and missed sessions

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be counted as used. If we need to change your appointment, we will offer you the next available time.

Refunds

If our doctor decides treatment is not suitable for you, you will not be charged for a treatment course. Once a course has started, refunds for unused sessions are at our discretion and may take account of any offer price applied. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Shop orders

Products in our online shop are sold as a set, at the price shown including postage and packing. Payment is taken through PayPal when you order, and we will dispatch your order as soon as possible.

As a consumer, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us and return the products unused and in their original packaging. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving them back. This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty.

Using our website

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. All content, including text, images and branding, belongs to Wolfe Wellness or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
